Canoe Country Grilled Veggie Packets

4 lbs. new red potatoes, sliced into thin rounds
2 small bags baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 T. seasoning salt
1 T. pepper
1/2 lb. butter

Preheat grill to 350°. In a large roasting pan, combine sliced red potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped green onions, seasoning salt, pepper and butter. Mix until vegetables are evenly coated. Wrap vegetables in individual foil packets and heat over grill until potatoes and carrots are tender.
