Northern Woods Egg Bake

12 slices day old bread
12 eggs
2 1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. ham

Grease a 9×13 inch pan and place cubed bread on bottom of pan. Mix eggs, milk, cream and salt; pour over bread. Place small pieces of cheddar cheese over mixture. Layer slices of Monterey Jack cheese over cheddar cheese. Cut ham into bite size pieces and layer on top of Monterey Jack cheese. Refrigerate for 12 hours, or overnight. Place on grill and bake at 350 for 50 – 60 minutes.
