Grilled Fish Steaks

Ingredients:
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
6 T. olive oil
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt 2 (6 oz.) fish fillets

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except fish in bowl and whisk together until well blended. Place fish fillets in plastic bag and pour in marinade. Seal tightly and place in refrigerator for a least 1 hour turning occasionally. Preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Set grate 4 inches form heat and grill fillets about 4 minutes on each side.  Can be used with any type of fillet.
