Ingredients:
2 large apples; peeled, cored and thinly sliced (2 1/2 – 3 C.)
3/4 C. sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 C. milk
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Preheat grill to 400°. Toss apple slices with 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and remaining sugar in large mixing bowl. Add melted butter, milk and egg and mix until well blended. Pour into well-greased 8 inch square baking pan. Arrange apple slices evenly over batter. Place on grill and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
