Lakeside Blueberry Muffins

1/2 C. margarine
1 1/4 C. sugar
2 eggs
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 C. milk
2 1/2 C. blueberries

Cream margarine and sugar on low speed until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries. Grease and flour 12 muffins tins (or use paper liners if baking in an oven). Fill two-thirds full and sprinkle with sugar. Place on grill and bake at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes.
