Poor Campers Hash Browns

1 C. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 C. chopped onions
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
Non-stick cooking spray

Generously grease a skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  In a medium bowl, combine thawed has browns, chopped onions and garlic salt.  Mix well and season with pepper to taste.  Scoop hash browns mixture onto skillet, pat down.  Cook over flames for 8-10 minutes.  Turning to make sure each side is cooked evenly.
